Out and About Magazine:

I was contacted a few weeks ago by a local magazine for a fashion piece they were writing for the next issue. Out and About Magazine is a local free magazine, it talks about the area, local businesses, key events etc

I  had a quick chat with the lovely Ellis from O&A regarding future trends, key pieces, what was seen on the catwalk so she could put the article together. And this is it!:

My Shop

Ok well it's not technically mine, but I am the manager and m working by myself for the next 5 weeks. So feels a little bit like my 'own' shop.

I can see right through your blind eyes

So my evening began last night with an atempt to do a 'h&M haul' post, Each month there is a different shop that takes all of my wages. This month was H&M. So i gathered all my new purchases nicely on the floor. Getting arty and creative with my display, but my kitten Dorothy, just saw it all as new playground. She trashed my hard work and continued to play catch with my new necklace and ring! She was sooo cute I had to take some photo's (WARNING **** multiple cat photos below)

WORK FORCE

so this is my new work: I thought i'll share somw photo's with you so you can see the lovely boutique I'm now currently manageress for. The shop has been open just 2 years and we are moving to new premises in the next few months. But now this is my new second home......

Today I also dressed the window. I went for a summery canary yellow to brighten up the dark rainy days we are having.

I could be Anne Boleyn today with these 2 necklaces. And metaphorically I guess I am; today is my last day at work. I worked in the offices for Rebound over 4 years now and it is finally time to say goodbye. I m not sad at all, I've wanted to leave for a long time and finally the chance came up and I was offered an amazing job as manager for an exclusive boutique in town - I START MONDAY!

Looking forward to weekend to catch up on sleep and re-engergise for the new adventure come monday morning 9.30.
