GIRL CRUSH: M.I.A.

I have this weird fascination/love for artist, musician  activist, singer, songwriter M.I.A. Its weird because I get completely obsessed with her for 2 weeks, cant stop youtubing her music and video's dancing around my bedroom to galang and bad girls and drool over google images for days over her style. And its strange because it happens every 4/5 months, I get obsessed then move on to something else, and something reminds me of her and I am back there again!

Goldilocks

I am completely obsessed with gold right now, I'm a magpie to everything 'gold' in shops right now and im searching for the perfect gold trousers. (Saw some in new look months ago wish i brought them!) My search took me to h&m today and I brought a pair for £24.99 but Im gunna take them back because they didnt fit right - does anyone else find this with H&M's trousers/jeans?

So I've been shopping again! woop woop! Slightly over spent as checked my bank today and I am some how £70 overdrawn! Opps! Oh well life goes on.......

I can see right through your blind eyes

So my evening began last night with an atempt to do a 'h&M haul' post, Each month there is a different shop that takes all of my wages. This month was H&M. So i gathered all my new purchases nicely on the floor. Getting arty and creative with my display, but my kitten Dorothy, just saw it all as new playground. She trashed my hard work and continued to play catch with my new necklace and ring! She was sooo cute I had to take some photo's (WARNING **** multiple cat photos below)

DIY!: Turn your tights into a top!

I had to take a pose of my cute new top with my cute new kitten! I watched today a video on youtube posted by ItsmyRayeRaye and have been completely obsessed since! Ive spent my eveing cuttin up various tights and im completely hooked. Here's the video posted on youtube by ItsMyRayeRaye.

So I practiced with a couple of plain black tights as seen in the video, but I couldnt wait to start cutting up my patterned and knitted tights to get the same effect! I brought some many patterned tights over the years that just haven't been worn; so im giving them a new sense of well being and loving with this DIY technique.

I haven't created my own 'how to' for this because its sooo simple if you just watch this video, and I dont want to take credit for someone elses ideas, but have a look at my new tops!
